Kivra Services Private Limited processes business contact details and WhatsApp Business Platform identifiers solely to connect and operate messaging services requested by a business customer.

How information is used

Information is used to configure WhatsApp accounts, deliver authorized messages, support customers, maintain security and comply with applicable law. Client access tokens are encrypted and are not exposed in this portal.

Sharing and retention

We share data with Meta and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide the requested service. Data is retained for the active service relationship and applicable legal obligations.
