Data Deletion

Business customers can request deletion of WhatsApp integration data by emailing ashwin@kivraservices.com from an authorized business email.

Include in the request

• Business legal name
• WhatsApp Business Account ID or phone number
• Name and role of the requesting administrator

After identity and authority are verified, Kivra Services will disconnect the integration and delete or anonymize service data unless retention is legally required. We will confirm completion by email.
